Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant South Denver Pulmonary Clinic
Our South Denver Pulmonary Clinic located next to Swedish Medical Center
is seeking a dynamic and motivated NP or PA specialized. This position
involves performing Health Assessments, diagnosis and management of a
variety of respiratory conditions, in an outpatient setting.. Prescription
Authority Experience is preferred.
NURSE PRACTITIONER QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Completion of a nationally accredited graduate
level university educational program for Nurse Practitioners, preferred
or the successful completion of a national advanced practice certification
examination. Current Colorado RN license, APN license, current CPR
certification.
Work Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of recent and related
experience as a nurse practitioner. or - Any equivalent combination of
Education and/or Experience
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS:
Education BS Medical Science includes 3 years undergrad
plus 3 ½ yrs Child Health Associate Program or other approved Physician
Assistant Program. MS preferred or equivalent work experience.
Child Health Associate certification, NCCPA certification, Physician Assistant
Certificate, Colorado State Board of Medical Examiners License, CPR, and
PALS every 2 years.
Work Experience A minimum of two (2) years experience as Physician
Assistant I. Internship served at National Jewish or comparable setting
preferred. or - Any equivalent combination of Education and/or Experience
