Northern Michigan – Big Bucks!!! 

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for a rural health clinic in northern Michigan. 4 other providers on site. Will consider a new graduate but prefer an experienced provider. Schedule will be M-F, 8a – 5p but could work longer days (4-10’s). May have other schedule flexibility as well. Anticipated patient volume will be 20-25/day. Can expect about ½ of those to be walk-in. This is a large clinic with 27 treatment rooms. Compensation will be $77-104k. Would consider additional incentives for an experienced provider ($5-10k est.) – which should put the package over $100k for someone seasoned. Comprehensive benefit package including 6.5 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance (BCBS), retirement, and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance. Additionally: This position offers Federal Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score (requires 2 year commitment). The cash value of this benefit is $50k (requires 2 year commitment). These are pretax dollars so the real value (in taxable dollars and interest) is $65k+. In essence you are working for 2 years and almost getting paid for 3!!!  Northern Michigan is a desirable location for the outdoor enthusiast who loves nature, hunting, and fishing, etc. The natural beauty of this location is not easily matched. We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient psychiatric clinic in Green Bay area of Wisconsin. Will consider an experienced provider or new graduate. Psych certification is required. Other providers on site. Duties will be intake evaluations, med management, and follow-ups. Schedule will be M-F, 8a – 5p. No call and no weekends. Physical Medicine/Pain Management 
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
