We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a rural Family Practice in eastern Colorado. This is a new clinic with two other full time providers on site. Will consider an Experienced Provider or strong New Graduate. Schedule will be M-F, 4-10’s (or 5-8’s at your option), day shift. Once every two weeks you will take 24 hr. ER call for a low volume ER. Time off in exchange. Compensation will be in the $65-85k range (D.O.E.) with an additional quarterly incentive bonus (negotiable). Comprehensive benefit package including 3 wks vacation and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance with separate sign-on bonus. Site has guaranteed State Loan Repayment Assistance up to $18k/yr. In effect that’s a real value of $28k when you factor in taxes and interest. What a deal!!!  Rural Colorado has a low living cost yet all the amenities and mountains are just a short dive away.
