NP Job description: Lima Memorial Hospital is a 300 bed general acute
hospital providing a full spectrum of medical services for a ten county
region, approximately 500,000 people. The medical staff is competent,

unit and our third office building.
Our open heart surgery suites, cardiovascular intensive care and step

The Department of Interdisciplinary Oncology at the University of South
Florida (USF) College of Medicine is seeking qualified Physician Assistant’s

prescribe medication and treat psychiatric and chemical dependency illnesses
using psychotherapy, medication management, and other interventions. The
PMH-NP functions as a clinical leader and as a resource and preceptor for
other staff, in program development, and in guiding group decision making,
in implementing plans, and improving quality of care. This position will
be working in Ambulatory Services and/or Primary Care offices in the area
providing treatment for patients with psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.
Qualifications: Must be licensed to practice as an RN in the State of Maine
and graduated from an accredited School of Nursing. Must have a current
Certificate of Approval from the Maine State board of Nursing. Must have
a current DEA certificate. Must be certified by ANCC as an independently
licensed clinician. Will consider RNC who has either completed their training
for PMH-NP or who is currently in the Program working towards it. Should
have experience working with patients on an outpatient basis and be able
to work collaboratively with new providers.
